::Nice staff ! Clean room and comfortable bed. Great kitchen staff, had oral surgery and made me some egg drop soup. Not so nice neighborhood.

::Simple and comfortable. My room had a window so I could hear noise from the street but the hotel gives ear plugs so that was quite good. You don't have a lot for breakfast, you can choose one things only with coffee or tea. I only stayed one night since it was just a step. I would not stay more than a day. Therefore, it was a good quality/price for my need.

::Room smelled like mold fairly strongly. Staff in kitchen was friendly but not night clerk. Overpriced, but not unexpected in San Jose.
