::Another great experience! We did the surprise meal, where the chef cooked things based upon our dietary needs. Atmosphere, food, and view is gorgeous and amazing! Great experience! Highly recommend!

::Azul is closed but the new restaurant, El Castillo Kitchen, is amazing. The chef, Pablo, comes out to the table to discuss the menu with all of the quests. The food was great. The best I had during a 9 day stay in Ojochal. The view from the restaurant is spectacular but the good food is the real reason to visit. The head bartender, David, has good recommendation s and will even make a special aperitif or digestive on request. Reservation s are required unless you are a hotel guest.

::The view at Azul is amazing!! If you come here for dinner make sure you make it in time for sunset. The food is delicious as well. I had the fish in a saffron sauce and it was so good! Definitely recommend.
