  We only ate here and the food was worth every penny. The guests seemed very happy and the courtyard looked awesome.

  Fantastic little beach spot. You can tell the staff and owner put a lot of love into this place. The food and bar are great also. Additionally, they helped put together a surprise engagement with my fiance. Definitely recommend this hotel/resort to anyone visiting the area.

  This place can only be described as heaven. The hotel beach is super chilled and the water is divine - and also great for boogie boarding. Furthermore, there is table service at the beach and also a massage tent. The gardens of the hotel are very well maintained and beautiful. We stayed in the house separate from the main hotel and the walk there through the garden is relaxing and tranquil. The house it self was perfect, a relaxing, safe, fun and spacious area for us to enjoy. There is also a small pool in the hotel too, which is perfect to cool off. They also offer tours etc, which is a good addition, should you wish to explore the tremendous wildlife of Costa Rica. The food and drinks are great, all served fresh and made on site. The dinners are lovely too and come with soup and salad as additional sides, free of charge. The breakfasts here too are very good, amongsts the best we had in Costa Rica (we did 5 weeks here). Finally the staff - so friendly, so professional and all genuinely interested in getting to know you and making your stay more comfortable - absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting this region. We will certainly be back in the future

  This place is top notch! The grounds are beautiful the rooms all have great views and the staff is very attentive. There is a great bar downstairs that has 5 Imperials for $10 and the bartender Bryana is the best in town! Very professional extremely helpful and really made us feel at home! Thanks again Bryana your the best! If the Banana Azul has availability consider yourself lucky and stay as long as you can. You won't regret it!
