::The food and service was exceptional. The staff was always willing to help and very friendly. The cleaning staff did an amazing job every day in our room. We did a few excursions with partners (kayak tour and a catamaran tour). The vendors were excellent.

::Cannot say enough good things about Andaz Costa Rica! The hotel is BEAUTIFUL - from the rooms to the ground, the beaches, the pools, absolutely gorgeous everywhere you look. The hotel offers a good variety of activities that you can book as well as free stuff on the beaches to use (kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel gear). There is plenty to do for everyone in the family. There is a great variety of food available with multiple restaurants and food available by the pool as well. We were traveling with a 13 and 1 year old and felt very welcomed. The staff was very friendly and helpful at every turn, willing to help with anything we needed as we had our hands full.

::Phenomenal in every sense of the word. The staff is friendly and eager to assist, the property is stunning, and the attention to detail is appreciated. I highly recommend taking the complimentary boat to their more secluded beach - it’s expansive and breathtakingly beautiful. I cannot recommend this place more highly!

::Amazing experience! Great location. The staff and customer service was outstanding. Every meal we tasted from the restaurants was delicious. Their Yoga class is very relaxing. No complaints.

::This resort is incredible! I was blown away by the kindness of the staff, the views, and the actives they offer. Daniel, Laura and Mauricio were wonderful at the front desk and made my check in experience so easy. The food was delicious. I wish I had more meals there. I wish I could've gotten the names of all my servers, but Jonathan and Wilmer specifically were so attentive and fun. Highly, highly recommend this resort! Not to mention getting a COVID test was SO easy and quick!
