  Do NOT stay here. Not all inclusive. Only breakfast. No swim up bars. Cold jacuzzi. This place should not be in open and the owners should be ashamed. Staff were scammers and did not want to refund us.

  Beware - Casa Conde is not an all inclusive. No restaurants open. No bars open. No drinks or room service available. Disappointment is an understatement. Manager refused to meet me to discuss.

  A nice quiet resort with outstanding views and an even better staff. We paid for the all-inclusive package and it was well worth it. During the 5 days we were there a large percentage of the staff went above and beyond by learning our names and our preferences. We will most definitely be returning!

  My son left his white sweatshirt by mistake. I sent an email and the hotel did reply saying "yes" they did find it. However after multiple emails, I've not received the item let alone a correspondence saying the next steps they are taking for the return. We stayed during the holiday break. We were very disappointed with the service (they did not tell us about New years day yoga, nor special tapas dinner that night), the facilities (shower overflowed - inches - into entire bathroom) and the manager was requested. He came out saw us and went the other way asking one of his staff members to send an email. The general staff were kind and went out of their way to accommodate - as we found the people of Costa Rica to be kind and courteous. This hotel is very poorly managed. We just want our sweatshirt returned.

  Stayed in this resort on the first week of November. What stood out was the excellent service, they went above and beyond, as we forgot a sentimental item when we left, and they shipped it to us in Canada. All the service people were great, especially Karol. The food was also amazing, better than any all inclusive I've been to, and was restaurant-quality. The rooms, pool and beach were clean. Quiet and beautiful.
