  My stay in this lovely beachfront hotel wears absolutely magical! The rooms are nicely decorated and the terrace where you can see Playa del Coco a few meters away is beautiful to hang out with others. You fall asleep with the sound of the waves and wake up with it. For breakfast there are very tasty options, even I got something as a vegan 😍🙏🏻 On the beach itself there is a path for biking, skateboarding and some restaurants. An absolute recommendation!!! 💯 lots of love, Magdalena

  Okay. Let's just get down to it... yes, there is no AC and yes, there is no hot water. However, I didn't mind because I came here to scuba dive. So for me it worked out. I actually enjoyed the lack of hot water because it was refreshing after baking out in the heat and humidity. The room was hot but I was so exhausted from diving I passed out. The breakfast is great and the staff is friendly. The beds are clean with no signs of bed bugs (trust me... I ALWAYS check). There was some big @$$ ants running around but we didn't bother each other.

  It is our first time in costa rica and the staff made us feel like home. Really humble and helpful staff. Our mornings started with their freshly made breakfast and it was delicious every single time. We sat on the first floor balcony area for all our breakfasts. The rooms are cosy and beds are big. No ac rooms were only a problem as the heat is scorching here. Rest everything is just fine! ❣

  The place is nice, clean, good breakfast and some nice employees, but there's a smoking area where actually you can not smoke if there's people not smoking or probably if there are some foreigners because if you are Costa Rican you can't do it if they are next table... Even if you pay the same than they do! I did not understand if it was the first question I made when I arrived to the place, is there a smoking area? Cause if they don't have it I will smoke outside the hotel of course.... One of the employees came to me runing to let me know I can't smoke on the smoking area, that's ridiculous! Not recommended for national or Latin-American people
