  Such a wonderful place in Monteverde!! Super cute decor, amazing service and the food was all incredible. Loads of options to cater for all diets. You can tell the ingredients are really fresh and portion sizes were good. Highly recommend the passionfruit cheesecake, omelette (comes with this amazing marmalade) and tofu wrap. You can also see monkeys in the trees outside!! Wish we were staying here longer so we could go again!!

  Best restaurant and bakery we came across while a week in Costa Rica. Right on the way to the Monteverde Rain Forest. The owner was wonderful, attentive and has a beautiful patio seating area where you can watch the birds and wildlife as you eat. I had a delicious salad and my husband had the ragu lasagna, both stellar. We could have sat at this wonderful restaurant for hours enjoying the beauty. Our only wish was that we could have been in the area longer to enjoy a 2nd visit!

  There is something very special about Stella's Bakery, and when you come here you'll realize immediately. The extra effort and attention they put into every menu item and every inch of the building and its beautiful outside garden area is incredible. Most of the ingredients are grown, cultivated or produced by the restaurant and owners themselves, they take the extra effort to make sure what you will enjoy there has been given the utmost effort. While in Monteverde you deserve to treat yourself and visit Stella's Bakery

  Excellent quality of food. I have been traveling all around Costa Rica for several weeks and have been eating at the local sodas and was wanting to eat something different. I found that something different. The prices are high here but the food is on point and darn delicious! I would and will eat here again during my stay in Monteverde.
