  I stayed here for 5 nights not expecting much as I just needed a place stay in La Fortuna. However I am SO glad I stayed here! My stay was fantastic ! The staff was amazing, very attentive to my needs, requests AND recommending their top best. Their service was incredible even during COVID! I would absolutely stay here again. Hands down.

  I didn’t stay here but I’m only reviewing the zip line tour. It is way way better than the pictures look. The best zip lining I have ever done anywhere in the world. By far. You’re guaranteed to love it. I’ve come here twice in two years and both groups of friends said this was the highlight of their trip.

  Really nice and private hot springs. The standard rooms are horrible but the superiors are ok. The hotel needs a better maintenance management and also a better chef for the restaurant. The staff is nice and the location is perfect.

  Not hot water and very small pools. Staff is friendly.
