  Rico restaurant and close to the center with good prices. All he can despair is the noise from nearby streets, as this central.

  Great food and nice ambiance up on the second floor overlooking the plaza. Try the pupusas. Friendly service. Clean place.

  I have to admit I didn't originally want to come here. Thankfully my wife convinced me because the food was absolutely delicious. We ate the pupusas, which came with an enjoyable, spicy sauce. We only ordered one plate (which serves two pupusas) but it was enough to satisfy our hunger. If you are rather hungry, I would suggest getting one plate each. We ate our meal on the second floor, enjoying an excellent view of the park next door, and spending a nice half hour people watching. They had a men's and women's bathroom and a dedicated hand washing spot as well. I only have two slight criticisms, and these may apply to me personally more than for others. The first being that the prices seemed a little too high. Though the food was great, I would have expected it to be a little more economical than it was. Though again this is personal taste, but the average plate was around 3mil when it felt like a 2,500 plate. The second criticism was the floor plan. There was very very little room to walk let alone stand on the first floor during lunch, and one would often have to press uncomfortably up against the counters in order to let the wait staff pass by. Once we arrived at the second floor though it was nice and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend, though would suggest off hours or non weekends.
