  We have stayed all over the world. We prefer Bonvoy properties because my husband has Ellie titanium status. This Westin property is by far our favorite. The restaurants were fantastic, especially considering it is an all inclusive property. Everyone went above and beyond to meet every single need we could have. The people are kind and gracious and an absolute blessing to be around. Jeffery at the pool is fantastic!! Fantastic massages on the beach, Norma was my favorite. Erik Garcia is out at the beach and can schedule any tour your heart desires. This is our second time to Costa Rica and can’t wait to get back here! Definitely talk to Erik in the blue shirt early on in your stay to book excursions. Our favorite is the River tour:)

  Beautiful hotel with amazing service. My daughter and I stayed here for 8 nights and loved everything about it. We will definitely be back- hopefully soon! Make sure to find Eric (he is always wearing a blue shirt!) right outside the gate that leads to the beach if you are looking to book excursions. He helped us book horseback riding at sunset and private surf lessons in tamarindo with Pablo’s Surf School! We loved both of these adventures so much! Thank you Eric!

  We stayed at the Westin resort for about a week and it was absolutely incredible. The staff were friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious- would recommend the seafood restaurant as it was incredible! The pools were clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were quite nice. Another great perk is that you are able to walk directly out onto the beach, which is beautiful. At the beach we met Erik G (blue shirt and hat) who offered a variety of excursions and on-site activities. We went horseback riding on the beach with one of his guides and had the best time!! The horses were calm and the guide was very friendly (and took lots of nice pictures of us). The only time we left the resort was to go to Rio Celeste through Erik’s group. Our tour guide was Brian, who was fantastic, and we went on a hike through the rainforest, saw waterfalls, went swimming, had a delicious lunch, and saw sloths & monkeys!!! It was the best time and I would definitely recommend going on the Rio Celeste tour with Erik G. Overall, our trip was fantastic and we would stay at the Westin again and book activities through Erik G!

  We visited the Westin a week ago for 4 days and I must say I was highly impressed. The liquor wasn’t watered down like most all inclusive resorts and the food didn’t taste like plastic. We stayed at the royal club area in tower one. The rooms are very clean and large with a balcony. I had my two “MVP” employees which happen to be John in tower one and Charlie the chef at the Italian restaurant. From day 1 John was super friendly and catered to all our needs and wants. Charlie made the best ravioli outside of Italy. We are at the Italian restaurant everyday. On the second day Charlie would come out when he saw us to personally ask us what we wanted and how we wanted it. His passion in the kitchen really shows when you take a bite out of his meals. We went as far as to offering him his own restaurant here in the States.
