::Westin Resort is absolutely stunning. Well equipped with all the amenities. The staff is friendly with "customer first" mentality. We loved it all. The beach is truly amazing with the extraordinary sunset views.

::We have been coming to the beach club for 1 week now and staff have been great and very courteous. Today we had this new supervisor, ERIK, come attack us as we were walking in for not wearing a mask. I told him that I had one mask only (my husband's) and I had forgotten my mask at home and requested him to give us an extra mask. He refused to help us (even though there is a whole stack of masks in the server station) and asked us to go to the golf shop to purchase one, and we said OK. 15 minutes later, Erik sent a server to get our condo number and THREATENED our condo manager that if we do not wear a mask he will ensure we lose access to the beach club! That's horrible customer service. Erik is in the wrong business if he wants to CREATE TROUBLE for his customers instead of helping them out to have a good experience. All he had to do was give us a mask, or let it go today when I honestly told him we had only one mask and I had forgotten one mask at home. We have seen many customers here NOT WEAR MASK - it seems like Erik selectively HARASSES random clients, as he pleases to show off his authority! Please train your staff to have a more polite, professional, cooperative and expansive approach with customers rather than such a threatening, intimidating, 'do as I say or else I will harm you' threatening tone. This has left a very bitter taste in our mouth and I will be escalating this to top management if this ever happens again. We do not come here and spend our time and money here DAILY for breakfast and lunch to be spoken to this way by rude staff. I am sure that our experience will be more positive moving forward, and thank you for taking the time to rectify this situation with this specific rude employee.
