  Because they park around 8 a10 min. San Pedro Park and then to finish another time in the San Pedro Mall, chauffeur drivers with no ethics of anything ,, stops in San José nothing to do ,, it is urgent that they enable suitable space or bus terminal in San José, as there is no administration, zero initiative
