::I have been to this place several times. Younger staff members make waiting online better than the poor customer service offered at Western Union. The old lady is terrible. Yesterday, I waited in line and when it was my turn, she took my passport and documents from her side of the window. Obviously, it was too late for his personal protection from covid19 because he had already taken my documents in his hands, but that did not stop him from running me out of the store. Why didn't you notify me before touching my documents? I could see how satisfied she was with denying me the service ... it was on her unmasked face. Perhaps his basic lack of ability to understand logic is indicative of his lack of general intelligence. Perhaps that is why the company has kept her working there for so long. Another time, after sending money here, I was struck by the fact that I had misspelled one of the recipient's names.
