  I have been to this place several times. Younger staff members make waiting online better than the poor customer service offered at Western Union. The old lady is terrible. Yesterday, I waited in line and when it was my turn, she took my passport and documents from her side of the window. She started my transaction, and then pointed out that she was not wearing an anti-Covid mask19. Obviously, it was too late for his personal protection from covid19 because he had already taken my documents in his hands, but that did not stop him from running me out of the store. Why didn't you notify me before touching my documents? I could see how satisfied she was with denying me the service ... it was on her unmasked face. Perhaps his basic lack of ability to understand logic is indicative of his lack of general intelligence. Perhaps that is why the company has kept her working there for so long. Another time, after sending money here, I was struck by the fact that I had misspelled one of the recipient's names. In this case, you lose the shipping fee and you must wait AT LEAST 24 hours to get your money back. As if your computer system was from 1995. I will never return to this teledolar because of what happened yesterday. I am not a Sheep and I do not agree to follow 'policies' that the employees do not follow but want to kick out customers.

  Terrible service, they are arrogant and they treat you badly, if you ride a bicycle they don't let you put it near the place since the "Manager" says that you can't because the camera doesn't leave it since it's restricted, I mean the sign says no helmets, no caps and no weapons but no bicycles, please !? Honestly if there were only 0 stars I would give it a bad place
