::I am out the cost of three nights! Very dissatisfied with their customer service. I am sure it is a wonderful place to stay if you want to roll the dice. Long story short, I could not travel due to an issue with the coronavirus. I was told I had a travel voucher (very common and I had no issues with any other hotels) but when I tried to use it with flexible dates months ahead of time Nayara Gardens acted like I never had one! Completely pulled the rug out from underneath me. I just have a hard time understanding how/why a hotel would do this. Don't think that the credit card company will help you out either apparently there is nothing they can do if you accept a voucher and I think they know this. Despite this I bit the bullet and still went to Costa Rica and had a wonderful time. There are plenty of nice hotels in La Fortuna I would just stay clear of the one that doesn't provide you with a service you paid for.

::Would recommend this resort to everyone. Look into Nayara Gardens, Nayara Springs and Nayara Tents- all the same property but different types of rooms. Literally the only downside is that the restaurants on property are very pricey, however the food is pretty good. We don't drink, so I have no idea how much alcohol costs. The rooms are gorgeous, we stayed in a rainforest villa and I got so many compliments when I was posting on social media. The staff was kind and attentive. The on site thermal pools were amazing to relax in and the many swimming pools available were warm as well. We did a couples massage and it was a fantastic experience on a private, open air room facing the jungle. Saw sloths on property too! It was seriously a fantastic stay, my only complaint is the price of on-site food and it's a bit of a drive to go to La Fortuna for meals. We will definitely be returning.

::This place is awesome! I wish I would have spent more nights here. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very attentive to the guests. We stayed in a rainforest villa and it was very relaxing. The springs on the property were a nice place to spend a couple hours. The food on property was very well cooked it is a little pricey though to eat on the property. This is a place I will be staying at again the future and will look at staying in the tents.

::We were completely blown away by our stay at Nayara Gardens. The grounds are beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. We loved that there was so many things to enjoy right on the property (spa, multiple pools, hot springs, coffee shop, restaurants, etc.) A true paradise that we couldn’t recommend more!

::This resort is truly paradise. My stay here is certainly one of the most memorable and amazing experiences of my life. The environment is unmatched, the food delicious, excursions are astounding, and the staff are extremely professional and truly lovely to speak to. I will recommend a stay at this resort to everyone I know.
