  Absolutely beautiful location! Arenal lake and volcano both in view. The hotel sits on a lush hillside with jungle all around this remote area. There is a small town with food choices close by. The staff were friendly, the cost reasonable. We had a standard room, which has a lovely peaceful balcony. Room was clean and nice but wish they had a few staples like conditioner, hair dryer and fridge.

  Great attention. The staff is so friendly. Specially the server Valery.. the view is the best in the all town. The pool is clean if you wanna nice place to relax I totally recommended..

  This hotel has awesome views! But the rooms are in need of some updating - they seemed drab and dark although they were pretty clean. Beds are not too comfortable. Another thing to consider is the drive to get here. If you are looking to do activities at night, this is not the place for you. You have to drive anywhere to eat just an FYI. The front desk had a list of restaurants doing delivery, but I didn't travel to Costa Rica for room service. At the end of the day, I would stay here again.
