::Terrible service. I have been trying to call Automotriz Uruca for six days to make an appointment to the service department. Nobody answered . I tried 24 times . How they can do business. I leave 200 kms from San Jose and if you go there without any appointment they do not attend you. Service is the worst in all world.

::Friendly but not very responsible and professional staff, comparing with Europe. It is possible to lose plenty of time to did not decide a simple question. You need to be very-very patient to get necessary parts from the ocean and when you got it, you must wait for one more time, because a manager didn't order needed montage material. Good luck.
