  I loved it there, it’s beautiful there. The food is fresh and natural. The view of the volcano is breathtaking. We stayed in one of the villas. We got to see a small hog in the back porch. We had a pond also with different types of fish. The shower though is amazing! The service there is impeccable. We were really happy at our stay there. The hanging bridge is also right by the resort. We saw monkeys and sloths. There are bunch of toucans you see right at the resort and different types of frogs. Absolutely beautiful there. I wouldn’t change anything there

  Very bad vibes. They don't care about the nature at all: the place is far from the city and they don't offer any bike rentals or even a shuttle, only expensive taxis (60$ one way). They constantly try to force on you some paid attractions. We shorten our stay and were promised to get reimbursement, but we never got the money nor any response to the messages we sent.

  HIGHLY RECCOMEND!! A hidden gem!! The most amazing resort in all of Fortuna. Our experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful- Priscilla planned our excursions for us and made the entire process streamlined and efficient. The service at the bar/restaurant was fabulous- we especially loved our bartender, Luis, who gave us many recommendations and great conversations. The rooms are out of this world- the pictures online truly don’t do it justice. The lava rock outdoor shower, outdoor jacuzzi, beautiful view of the volcano from our patio, all of it was outstanding.

  This place is just fabulous. The views of Arenal are spectacular, the hiking trail is a bit tough but a great hike into the jungle (frankly most can complete.) The wild life is everywhere but be observant. The people here are special, kind and thoughtful. The restaurant is less than great, but okay; La Fortuna is 20 minutes away and worth the trip. Besides leaving the grounds and visiting will enhance you stay in Costa Rica.

  The staff was wonderful! The location is great and the views are beautiful! We had a wonderful time. The room felt a little bit old and outdated, but other than that, we had a great time!
