::The lady lied at the airport and said one price, then they shuttle you away from the airport and add a few hundred dollars on top in insurance and fees. Complete scammers. Total rip off. The websites advertise a low price and then they add insurance and a bunch of fees and take forever to process. Will never rent from them again. Also, the vehicle had bad brakes and they would not let me just return the vehicle early. Stay away from this place

::It took 6+ weeks and 3+ "reminder" emails to have a refund posted. The in store staff are nice but this definitely felt like an unscrupulous business practice from corporate hoping that I'd forget about the refund. Not cool Economy Rent A Car. I'd suggest renting elsewhere assuming prices are remotely comparable. I'd even pay a premium not to use them next time.
