  the atmosphere based gym where I had a class of karate, but you find there a lot of other activities...weightlifting, judo, mma, box, workouts

  Even though the facilities might not impress aesthetically, CrossFit classes are up-to-par. Great coches who encourage you constantly to give your best, while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. Monthly unlimited classes available.

  Very welcoming and professional. I read online this is the largest MMA gym in Central America, but you still feel like you are part of a tight group from day 1. Great instructors and great people attending the classes.

  Visited here while we were in San Jose for a week. Great atmosphere. They have MMA, TRX, kettlebell, CrossFit, and pretty much anything in between. Felt very welcomed by the trainers as well as the other people in the classes.

  The best MMA gym in Costa Rica. I have been to over a dozen Martial Arts Gyms in Costa Rica and this is the best one. Whatever your goal is, from losing weight to competing professionally or learning to defend yourself, this gym will take you there.
