::Nice little gym. Two floors. 1st floor has everything you need for a simple workout. Smith machine and a squat rack are a plus. Dumbells go up to 45 kilos. Has one bench, incline and decline for free weights. 2nd floor set up for cardio....many spinning bike machines. Downside is they only have one treadmill. Overall I would come here again. Very nice people that manage it and they speak english. 3mil colones for daily pass.
