APRIL BIRTHDAY EXTRAVAGANZA You know those vacation spots where the people have a fake smile on their face, don’t really want to be there, and are energy suckers that pull the life out of your vacation??? Well this is totally the opposite of that!! FS Papagayo was just awesome. From the beginning to the end, the service and energy was perfect. Probably has something to do with the location but the people working there seem to really enjoy it, and it shows.... and it makes a DIFFERENCE. They just seem to truly want you to have a good time. TIFFANY checked us in and was amazing. DAVID (AKA PRINCE WILLIAM): was gracious with his time and moved us from a couple of different rooms without hesitation. . MARIA was at the concierge desk and helped direct us to RIO CELESTE AND A PERFECT VISIT TO A SLOTH SANCTUARY. CHIKY: “the WALKER”, was running around and helping us every morning! Good luck on your Alaska to Argentina trip! CAROLINA was so so informative and it felt like we knew her forever (thanks for everything). ABRIL was always greeting us bright and lively! You could just feel the smile on her face (underneath the mask). Paula and Likith managed the restaurant superbly and were vital for their daily recommendations and advice. Besides the restaurants , our daily interactions were with the staff that would generously get us from point A to B, provided photo ops, and were just fantastic resources for things to do and places to go. “FANCY MELVIN”, “Cousin JAIRO”, “TATTOOED DIEGO” .... all of them could not have been more inviting and just PURE PURA VIDA. Because of Covid, we ordered room service nightly and CHARLIE, ALEXANDER and JOSE Were top notch. It is pleasant when we are actually remembered. That is probably what sets Four Seasons apart. They get to know your preferences and try to accommodate. As far as things to do. Must go to rio Celeste and the Sloth sanctuary. You must go kayaking, electric biking, sunrise/sunset experience, jet skis (not complimentary) If you can bump up to the plunge pool suite overlooking the water. Just just just breathtaking!! “HOWL OUT” to the howler monkeys who woke us up every morning so that we would not miss a single second in this beautiful place. Thank you FOUR SEASONS PAPAGAYO STAFF. You make us want to return every week!!x

Our family stayed in a canopy suite. The. warm plunge pool was the suite highlight. My kid was in that pool each evening after dinner. The best part of the trip was access to the tours through the Explorers club - Night forest tours, wildlife safari, day at the rain forest for horseback riding, lunch and swimming, survival skills. Johnnie, at the Explorer Club, is an amazing guide - he really made this vacation into one of the best trips for our 8 yr old son! We highly recommend for kids of all ages to experience the real Costa Rica - we can do the pool and beach at home.

Stunning property. Incredibly caring and helpful staff. Food is incredible, (pricey but that's to be expected...) Great pools, private beaches, rooms are beautiful. Overall a great experience.

Had a great experience at this location. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and we were there with our entire family. At the wedding, I played the guitar and sang a song for my wife. I wanted to recreate that moment but we were on vacation. So I asked the waitress if it would be possible to borrow a guitar if they have one. We weren't even guest at the Resort but she walked off and found one for me. It was a lovely moment and I'm grateful for the five star hospitality.
