  Room decor is a little dated and there was no hot water in the shower but the service was wonderful. Shuttle bus arrived promptly to aeropuerto when our flight arrived around 11pm. Front desk workers were very friendly. Was upgraded to a two room suite with our Marriott status and given $10 vouchers per person for breakfast. Front desk gave us change for a colon bill to help us pay the tolls en route to Quepos.

  Great spot! Friendly, accommodating, and minutes from the airport. Perfect for a last night in Costa Rica with our three year old before an early flight out.

  The rooms were clean & the location is very close to the airport. We left on the early morning shuttle to catch our flight & accidentally left items in our room. The front desk person was so accommodating & helpful & we were able to get our items before take off.

  The hotel is a short 5-minute ride to the airport. Can almost walk there. There are a few restaurants around and a mall within walking distance. The staff was very kind and got me checked in quickly. The room was large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom was very clean and had a standup shower. Other Amenities: - Hotel Shuttle - Business center - Outdoor pool - Fitness room (cardio and free weights) - Safe - Mini fridge in room - Laundry - Restaurant The hotel had a mask policy in place and requested social distancing. The pool, fitness room and restaurant were open during my stay.

  Conveniently located, with friendly staff and clean rooms. Several restaurants across the street. Good COVID-19 precautions. The shuttle to and from the airport only leaves once an hour, so it may be worth taking a cab if you don't want to wait (was $8 for us). Downsides included an overpriced breakfast and a shower that didn't work properly.
