  Are too slow to meet the client, in addition understaffed. I find it amazing Santa Cruz being the point where apart from receiving its own inhabitants also hosts the nearby places. We lasted 3 hours to make the process. We thank you to the staff being friendly, but we must also keep in mind that it is not possible being making conversation with the customer and keep talking like you're having coffee, having many people who attend. In seen people complain and the supervisor of the branch does not generate minimal discomfort. Very disappointed in the management of the bank.
