::The customer service provided by the people working here is one of the best amongst all the different banks I have used. I see only two downsides to this bank, they have a charge for every single thing, even for not doing anything and if you have to go inside, the waiting lines are endless. If the system goes down, they will take care of you and even offer some cookies to eat while you wait.

::They do not have sanitary service, the wait is incredible and the staff talk to each other instead of attending to the client, they treat you strange and then tell you that they do not have cards that there is no material and make you wait for answers 😡😡

::The wait is amazing !! The most inefficient branch. With 2 people ahead of me and more than an hour waiting. I definitely go almost as a last resort. Really look for a solution because the comments are lousy about this place and it is not occasionally but always .... I wish I could give less than one star! APPALLING!
