::Was amazingly easy and convenient. They dropped the car off at our Airbnb 5 mins before scheduled time, and super friendly staff. The car was in excellent condition and took us all over Costa Rica. Free shuttles from and to airport. Only renting from them when in CR!

I have multiple examples of people going above and beyond for me and my family over the course of the 4 months that we were in country and renting (4 separate rentals in total over those 4 months, so lots of varied experiences and ALL were professional and courteous and thoughtful).
