  Terrible service, we booked through Booking.com and upon arrival they told us that our reservation was active but that they had given the room to others. The afitrion never answered but told the guard to take us out. THE WORST HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE

  This resort is beautiful panoramic breathtaking views. Very clean and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. There wasn't a lot to do on the beach because of covid and there was no disco but the concierge helped us with things to do outside of the resort.

  Great place to stay for your visit to Guanacaste! The scenery is breathtaking and the hospitality is great as well.

  Have no buffet style, the rooms are not what I expected, there aren't night shows or entertainment, every day is the same menu, and the pools are just 2 and not even are really good. I recommend Barceló or double tree resort for vacations...

  We stayed and entire week and we were delighted with the villa we stayed in. There was a small personal pool in our villa and large community pool near by. This is a gated community and they have on site security 24x7. They share the beach and gate entrances with another hotel and club Condovac La Costa.
