  We stayed here during one of our trips to Costa Rica and were impressed with the Tryp San Jose Sabana. Our room and bed was very comfortable. Kid and disability friendly, they also have a Gift Shop and Public Restrooms. So convenient to downtown San Jose, you are within a 5-minute walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops and sites. We enjoyed drinks and nice dinner at Club Vertigo.

  Excellent hotel. Huge rooms. Perfect for a relaxing stay after 2 weeks traveling around CR before flying home. Close to central San Jose, 10 min walk and in a safe area of the city. They also allowed us to leave bags here for 3 nights before our stay due to luggage restrictions on our internal flight to Tortuguero. Great customer service.

  Decent city hotel. Stayed a night here before our wildlife photo tour. One tip: about 250 meter (or 3 minute walk away) is an Argentinian steak house Aqui es!, which I thought was good.

  Spacious rooms and a comfy bed. Okay choice for San Jose.

  This was the hotel used for the delegates and speakers of the World White Water Rafting Summit. A great location, staff were very helpful, rooms comfortable and clean.
