  Run! Don’t be scammed by these thieves. This is the only organized crime I’ve seen in Costa Rica.

  Terrible service. Staff was uncooperative and not interested in honoring bank's insurance, even with proper documentation. Thrifty insists on the customer paying for extra insurance so they receive a cut, otherwise they flat out refuse to assist you.
