  This place is truly amazing! Already can’t wait to come back! A big thanks to Nanno who handles the horses, he made our entire trip stand out! Definitely would do the horse riding excursion if you are visiting here, he makes it a great experience! Also to Jose who helped us to check in and check out, amazing customer service! Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Costa Rica!

  Beautiful and relaxing (both grounds and rooms). Can see Arenal from the resort. Several hot springs with many amenities. The staff is great and accommodating. Great sense of humor and very welcoming. Only downside is the wifi connection, so if you plan to stay in don't bet on getting uninterrupted connection. I guess in a place like this you should be out on the grounds. There is so much to do. It's its own community.

  We purchased a day pass to visit the Springs Resort and the grounds and views are incredible! We had a wonderful and informative nature tour with Jason who was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! We then spent the entire afternoon exploring the pool and hot springs! Everything is gorgeous even though it is clearly man made to look like natural pools. This place is also incredibly expensive, the cheapest beer was $7 which is double what we had been paying in the area but that is expected at a 5 star resort! All in all, it is absolutely beautiful with stunning views of Arenal Volcano! Thanks for a great day on our honeymoon and Pura Vida!

  I was lucky enough to have been able to stay at this resort for two nights with a beautiful view of the volcano right outside my window and patio. The staff is absolutely exquisite and so polite and welcoming. They made the experience that much more wonderful and accommodating. You also receive welcome drinks upon check in and the hotel offers a number of family friendly activities and adventures. The hotel has hot springs and pools on site. I have never experienced such luxuries during my travels before. So grateful to have been able to spend time in this beautiful place.

  The experience was pretty cool.. the resort was beautiful, the hot springs minerals are pretty fantastic, no slime:). All you bell boys were hardworking great guys as well as the whole staff..! Very helpful! The food and drinks were pretty pricey but that's what you expect at a resort! One of our favorite experiences was horseback riding with (please correct me if I got his name wrong!) Nova! We got a private ride with him and he was so kind and fun. He's been there a long time and you could tell! The horses were well trained and very well taken care of.. thank you Nova! Thanks everyone!
