  Edificio bastante nuevo y moderno. Parqueo amplio y dividido, tiene parqueo exclusivo para empleados. Talves por la situación de Covid-19 se ha empeorado el servicio. Pero bueno sé atiende en todas las áreas de medicina. En el futuro se puede mejorar mucho. Varios pisos, ascensor y escalera. Elegante, pasillos amplios. Sillas de espera en todos los diferentes niveles de medicina. Buena atención y lento el servicio tipo empleados públicos. Eso sí personal muy amable y capacitado.

  We visited Costa Rica, and my boyfriend we’re stung by a mosquito. He had some bad symptom and we went to San Rafael’s Hospital. They did grant me promission to wait by his side in the emergency and I had to be outsider all day not knowing what was going on. The doctor talk english and were nice. But they sent us home with a answer sounding something like this: it could be dengue, Zika, malaria. We don’t know. So not the best treatment and I would recommend travelers to go to Hospital Cima in San Jose.

  All the doctors and other staff at the hospital were very professional and caring with my father who was attended at the ER. I am very grateful. Very good service and facilities. The only thing that I could mention is the need for street signs because we got lost trying to get there.
