::Worst customer service ever. Got there at 7:00 for my appointment and it is 7:30 and I haven't being reviewed by the person that will take my blood test. And the lady from the secretary is charging me and hasn't event taken my blood test. Important to review the internal processes. As your vision says, if you want to be a medical service with excellence service, start focusing on the client First! First and last visit to this site.

::Scheduling physical therapy in this place is a huge mistake. For the first appointment they have all the kindness and availability in the world, then for the next appointment they take up to 3 hours to answer, they do it reluctantly. The therapy session does not last 40 minutes and after that the appointments are in Bethlehem
