  The assume you are an expert in their products, so it's a little inefficient because there's a constant back and forward asking, perhaps it they had a show room or more examples of their products the sellers wouldn't have to go to the warehouse constantly to ask in order to tell you what a product was. The variety is great as well as the service, it's just that they need a better way to let the clients know what they sell.
