  2k all inclusive with airfare for 2 people direct from toronto. Amazing food. Beautiful view. All rooms south of Texas have tile so very lovely. No gross carpets that other people's feet have traipsed. Some activities provided like kayaking tours, beach yoga, archery, dance, etc. Spider monkeys and sloths on site. Plenty of excursions or plenty to do just relaxing at hotel.

  I made a reservation on March 2 and asked for an exception to the cancellation deadline since I was travelling March 11. I was told this was ok, and once my plans were confirmed needed to cancel my trip. In spite of being assured otherwise, I was still charged a fee when I cancelled on March 5. I contacted customer service and they asked for the date, time and phone number of my initial call. I provided the information and they allegedly could not find it and refused to reverse the charge. With so many hotels being accommodating to potential guests, this chain will not get a dime of my money in the future.

  Friendly staff, good service, good food, clean pools, beach access, and not expensive. Relaxing atmosphere for dining with very good service. Rooms are clean and large. Can't beat this all inclusive resort for the price.

  If you are looking for a all-inclusive place in Costa Rica that have excellent scenery, good food, relaxing and excellent service. Then this is your place. The staff are very pleasant! It was my 3rd visit we love this place

  We have stayed here for our honeymoon. What a great place. Very friendly staff nice food, nice rooms. Like to come back but we have a daughter now so we can’t because of the adults only.
