  Starting a bank account here has been so stressful I highly considered giving up... every time I walked in they demanded new paperwork that I had to retrieve and pay a professional to translate, it is taking me weeks to open an account and a terrible account with limited services at that...the experience here is so unprofessional, I literally have to guess what they are requesting of me because all they do is scribble something on a sticky note and send me off to fetch, the systems they have in place are so dated, I feel as if I’m walking into a pawn shop instead of a bank...before you walk in here to open an account, contact q professional translator and ask them what you will need to open the account type you seek. I have to give them some credit, interest rates are higher here.

  I was waiting 20 minutes in line outside the branch, why supposedly inside it was full and it seemed that the boxes were closed, why the line never moved, until I got tired and left, I do not understand how one of the times The country's most important banks seem to have stayed in 2000.

  In general they give a good service. you can make bank transfers, currency exchange, apply for loans. They might consider throwing out the building and making a new one, as it is very old and looks bad inside and out. The toilets are clean.
