  Terrible service in the Mucap of Alajuela, extremely irresponsible since they summon you at an hour and they attend you 3 hours later, apart from the fact that in our case we come from Guanacaste with minor children and they did not let us in until the lawyer's dial arrived and only One at a time, meaning that my children had to wear the sun for several hours, the Security Agent informed me that it was the order of the Manager who, as always, did not show his face.
