  Sweet little place, very clean, very respectable. A great restaurant on site, and really nice swimming pool. I stayed here often, and one could walk downtown in about 20 minutes if they had a mind too. A cab was about $3. There are two kinds of hotels in Costa Rica. One kind allows guests to have visitors in their room, and the other kind does not permit that kind of activity. This hotel does not permit guests to have visitors, and if your friend or associate comes to pick you up, they will wait in the very comfortable lobby. I highly recommend the Hotel Jade.
