::Great place to stay. The room was very nice with high ceilings, a great shower, and an ocean view. The owner was great and helped arrange tours and transportation. The breakfast was amazing. I had to leave early in the morning before breakfast was served so they made me a to go bag of some delicious sandwiches and fruit . There was no a/c in my room but there was a ceiling fan and plenty of windows to keep the place cool. I didn't get hot but my clothes didn't dry very well without the a/c. The lodge is a little far away from Cahuita downtown. It took about 20 minutes by bike or 50 minutes to walk. Having a car would've been useful. The nice thing about being far away is that you have the beach to yourself. Would definitely stay here again.
