  Place is dirty, outdated and overpriced. If you want to pay $40 for a hole in the wall go here. I've stayed in $25 hotels nicer than this. Sheats here were dirty, water on the sink didn't work, walls, plugs and light switches were filthy, walls were super thin (got woken up numerous times by people being excessively loud in the hallway) and they have what seems like a fiesta in the tiny entrance of the hotel early morning making even more noise. Very unprofessional. This place was not worth $25-$40. Maybe $10

  Great nights sleep and very delightful staff. Had to reshedule flight and was stuck in alajuela for a few days. Fortunatly these guys offered great accomodation and understanding for my lengthy stay. Ash

  what is exactly "city tax".. i made a research and that is inexistent!!! can you clarify it please,,, Plz be little more honest,,, we tourist are not idiots,,,, i made a phone call to ICT and CANATOUR and they say YOU CANT ASK FOR A "TAX" THAT IS NOT REAL.... SO,, YOU ARE MAKING FRAUD
