  Doctors themselves strive to provide good service, unfortunately the hospital administration is not at the level of the medical staff. There is clutter, they lack customer service people and there is no one to take care of patient complaints. It is a pity because they have a nice building that stands out from the rest of the clinics ... but what good is it if they serve it better in other places.

  My wife was admitted due to kidney stones. She was attended and diagnosed quickly, Pain medications were given without delay and she was made comfortable. It was determined that surgery could not be avoided. The doctors, nurses and staff were very attentive and caring. Her procedure and care were excellent. Thank you to the reception desk who is always helpful, polite and respectful. We are fortunate to have this hospital in Cartago!

  Good service but the third floor waiting room is too small for you to take notice
