  Typical slow Costa Rican customer service. I'm waiting here, lunchtime, only 1 guy who must process all orders for a product that quite frankly doesn't deserve so much attention. It's as if I hired a teller to sell a bag of rice. And there are several employees just hanging out on the sales flifl, chit chatting away while the line grows. I won't be surprised either of they don't have what I'm looking for, a very common 5/16" irrigation hose.

  They do have some things that you'll never find anywhere else but parking is a nightmare and God help you if you have to go around again. Sometimes the staff is helpful and other times no.
