::This is truly the best hotel in Costa Rica! The staff is nothing but kind, the rooms are huge and clean, the food is amazing and the valet was delightful! The location in the city is also ideal as it is right in the middle of the city square with tons to see and lots of places to walk to. I would recommend this place to anyone! Also, the price is very affordable.

::It was a really nice hotel. It was a little difficult to find the entrance because of where it’s located but the area around it is interesting to look at. The room was clean and comfortable, you couldn’t hear the street sounds even though the windows faced the the road so we were happy about that. The room service we ordered was all really good too. The only downside was that they only offer valet, no parking, and the valet service isn’t 24 hours, they start at 6am so we had to have a security guard walk us 2 blocks to where the vehicle was parked because we had to leave around 4:30am.

::The hotel was beautiful and located in a great spot of downtown San Jose. The design was great and the room was clean and comfortable. We had no problems with the hotel itself. Jeffrey was also fantastic and was very friendly and helpful during the stay. We had a couple of odd interactions with staff regarding airport transportation which could have been miscommunications, but it happened twice and was a bit confusing.

::Nice hotel in a great location. The staff were nice, but not particularly helpful if you need help finding a restaurant or reservation for dinner. The breakfast was somewhat underwhelming in quality, but reasonable. The room was very cute and stylish. Not great facilities, mainly just stay here for the location, or if you're a Hilton member. I hate Hilton though. I tried to call the hotel directly to speak to the front desk -- good luck. Get a phone tree, transferred to a desk somewhere else, transferred again, on hold for 30 minutes before I gave up. So if you need to figure something out, like a hotel transfer or other details, good luck. Never staying at Hilton again. Marriott service is 100 times better and their beds are more comfortable.

::I went here for my girlfriend's birthday and have no regrets at all. This was a very clean resort and the staff is extremely helpful. Ruben was our bellhop and from the beginning, he was very friendly and polite. He spoke amazing English and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. I feel as if I made a new friend and this hotel is very lucky to have a guy like him on their staff. 10 out 10 I highly recommend.
