  I don't recommend booking this tour company strictly from an operational standpoint. Their cancellation policy isn't posted on their website and they do not provide it in confirmation emails. They also weren't flexible in the case when the country is at a high travel alert due to tropical storms and weren't willing to refund 100% considering the circumstances that my husband couldn't fly in. Lame balls.
