  Prompt service, very professional. Similar care as back in Canada. Detailed bill and assessment provided for insurance. Would highly recommend. Disregard the one negative review, it is not accurate.

  All of the staff at Global Medical Urgent Care were so kind and very professional in the way they treated me. Even though I didn't speak Spanish, I was well taken care of by means of a paramedic who acted as translator. The doctor was very thorough and professional, and the receptionist, who also spoke English, provided me with a well detailed report and invoices for insurance purposes. I would highly recommend their services if you happen to need medical care.

  We were so pleased and happy to have been directed to this local medical post. The way the doctors and staff took care of us was exemplary and they made sure our mind was set at ease, mind you , our youngest daughter was taken ill in a country half way across the planet in a country which we visited for the first time. If you ever land in such a situation hope and pray you find yourself in a place like the GMUC.

  The day after I arrived in Costa Rica from Canada I feel ill. Although we had a small language barrier between us, the staff did everything they could to get me what I needed! The facility was very similar to what I’ve experienced at home, friendly, safe and clean. I’m very thankful for the help I received!

  I arrived to global clinic at Monteverde with throat problems which I carried for a long time. The doctor and his assistant were really helpful and professional. I didn’t wait at all to see the doctor, he did all the necessary checks and tests before he gave me a diagnosis. I received immediate treatment which made me feel better immediately. The doctor only spoke Spanish so his lovely assistant was with me in the room and translated for both sides sentence by sentence. They even asked me to come back a few days later for a check to see my condition and didn’t charge extra money for that. The services are a little bit expensive (if you have insurance there’s no worry, they will even call the insurance company for you) but defenetly worth the money! Best treatment I got in all south and Central America. Thank you!
