::At the moment it is the best gym in downtown San José, it has an excellent location, it has varied classes, a weight area, a dance area and a cardio area. The instructors are very good, they have lokers in the locker rooms and hot water to take showers. It has an elevator to get to the gym and you can see the entire central park from there. It has machines for all muscle groups.
