  There isn't much to see, just a statue. It's right in front a major street so there is a lot of smog. Not a place to chill with your electronic equipment.

  The monument stand at one pf the many entrances of the sabana central park. It honors the former president of 1936 to 1940 whose administration that promoted project of the former international airpory of la sabana. The area is nice and has a few surrounding monuments around it.
