  I think is a cool building, not very well used, it would be nicer if the owner wakes up it could be a food court here instead of all those crazy cheap clothing stores

  It is a place of high tendency in the capital to host the elegant El Tostador coffee and the Costa Rican Coffee Academy for aspiring baristas. The prices are moderate and it has an interesting view.
