  I LOVE this dentist !! I've gone to her both for emergency dental surgery and veneers. She's trained in the US (and speaks flawless english if you're considering medical tourism). She's the first dentist I've every had that could give me an explanation for why I'm getting bone loss on certain teeth (in spite of the fact my teeth are in excellent shape). Great bedside manner. Use a mostly holistic approach. Have times better than my Canadian dentist !! I'll be coming back to Costa Rica for all my dentist work. ... I'm sorry for my Spanish ... I really like this dentist !! I have gone to her for emergency dental surgery as well as for veneers. She is trained in the United States (and speaks impeccable English if you are considering medical tourism).   Terrible place! When I got to the appointment the place was closed, I called and they told me that I had to ring the bell which I didn't see (I don't know how they don't have someone at the reception). I call and the one who attends me (with a rude attitude and every arrogance) tells me that they were calling me days ago, to which I indicate that it may not be possible since I have no missed call, I tell him my phone number and he tells me that they had scored another .... And of course the person's total silence upon realizing that it was their mistake ... Zero customer service ... I understand that it is human error to write down the wrong number, but the attitude was too much, now I still have pain in the tooth, but I prefer that to go to that place to pay them why they treat it this way ....
