::Very bad customer support, required things not mentioned in the terms and conditions, so look out for that (we had a copy of our passport and they said no, we want your passport, what is something not required anywhere els). Also we booked through Orbit and they told us that no we can’t use that insurance although they are partners. The prices differed and there were a lot more problems.
