  Worst airline ever!!!!! Forced us to stay in Havana Airport for 72h. Unfriendly people, all the time lying, don't even care of anything. Spezial reglementations force you to buy return tickets in order to leave Kuba, which is not needed. It can't be worse than Cubana

  Our flight was canceled twice in a row so we had to pay for the hotel and taxi in San José, Costa Rica. It seems that this company does not have a plane strong enough to join its own country because of the bad weather! While the other companies do. In addition we received an email to tell us to come and check in at 7:30 am but none to tell us that the flight was canceled both times! Very disappointing and not recommendable flight company.

  After moving my flight a day, they also moved the departure time. Instead of leaving at 11.30 a.m, after several postponements, we left at 8.30 p.m. I strongly advise against traveling with this company.
